We advise that you drink the tea twice each day. It does contain a small amount of caffeine, so it is best to drink the tea in the morning or in the afternoon. Once you order your Wu-Yi tea, you should receive the UPS or USPS tracking # within 48 hours (2 business days). If you have waited the sufficient time, but still have not received the tracking #, please contact support at support@wu-yisource.com.

There are no stimulants or additives other than a very low level of caffeine in our product (50-70mg/serving), and it should not cause any problems.
